Poor Staff ( Hardly can speak English ) Poor Housekeeping where I had to call up nearly 3 times , for 2 towels and then also he comes with an empty hand and says that why you need towel >?????

I recently had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, centrally located in a good area. The hotel staff were highly attentive and provided excellent service. The rooms were in good condition and well-maintained. The breakfast offered was tasty and satisfying.

Everything was up to par, no improvements needed.

You do not get Airport Pick-up facility if you are booking through any website. After making your booking, contact the Hotel directly if you need Hotel pick-up. This is highly recommended because you will be hassled by touts in the Banglore International Airport and you do not want that experience to sour your Banglore trip. The Hotel arranged pick-up will be slightly more expensive than the regular taxi, still worth it.
